DESCRIPTION
HA19-Z Insulation Hanger Adhesive is a soft creamy construction type paste adhesive specially designed for bonding insulation hangers to metal ducts, and unfinished masonry surfaces. HA19-Z Insulation Hanger Adhesive dries to a tough, yet resilient bond that withstands thermal cycling and shock.
HA19-Z Insulation Hanger Adhesive has been specially formulated to meet strict VOC requirements.
APPLICATION
This product is for industrial use only. It should be applied by trained and qualified craftspeople. Be sure surfaces are clean, dry and oil free. Apply approx. 1 1/16” (1.6MM) thick coat of HA19-Z Insulation Hanger Adhesive to the base of the hanger with a spatula, putty knife, small trowel, brush or caulking gun. Immediately press the hanger into place with a twisting motion. Make sure good contact is made. Always prepare and bond only one hanger at a time. Allow a minimum of 48 hours drying time before applying the
insulation.
